[EasyShoppingPay Merchant] General Enquiries Regarding EasyShoppingPay Merchant
 
[EasyShoppingPay Merchant] How Is The Refund Process For Payments At EasyShoppingPay Offline Merchants?
There are two options available to get your refund from the merchants.

Option 1

1) Customers who paid wrongly to report the wrong payment and request a refund from 
EasyShopping's customer service
2) Documents required from the customer/merchant side:
  • Photo of customer's bill receipt issued by merchants (the correct amount that the user should pay)
  • Photo of payment received history (the actual amount that the merchant received)
  • The customer just needs to quote the values for the above two items in the conversation with EasyShopping customer service
3) EasyShoppingPay will proceed with the refund to the user with the amount (2-a) in step 2
4) EasyShoppingPay will claw back the refunded amount in step 3 in future merchant’s settlement

Option 2

Directly get the cash refund from merchants.
